Caroline Logan Workshop Recap

I just want to start this blog post by saying how blessed I was to be able to attend the Caroline Logan Workshop! I can’t say it enough!

So…we started the day by walking into this AMAZING white room at Hingework in downtown Lancaster filled with tons of gorgeous light!! A photographer’s dream.

After mingling, eating and snapping photos of our new goodies (for Instagram of course), we started off the morning with a little background of Caroline and how she began her business! She was so inspiring everyone! Like REALLY inspiring and she’s only 20 years old!! Can you say wow?!

After our morning session, we had Caroline’s favorite for lunch….CHIPOTLE.  It was so yummy!! Then mama Raush took us on a little tour of downtown Lancaster to get some fresh air which was much needed! Plus it was a gorgeous day outside!! It was so sweet of her to suggest doing that!

Now come the behind the scenes of the STUNNING styled shoot…it was insanely dreamy you guys! The two models (Bree and her husband Jonathan) were so adorable together and did a great job modeling for us. I can’t wait to share the photos!!! You are going to love them all, I promise!

And we got NEW headshots by Caroline herself!! <3 Look how great they turned out! She’s so awesome!

Lastly, we finished up the day with a few more sessions talking about several different topics like editing, website critiques and my favorite…social media! I loved all of her book references as well. Need a good book to read right now? Go check out “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie. One of the things Caroline pointed out from the book while discussing social media is to never criticize, condemn or complain. You want organic growth….if you build it they will come! 🙂 Seriously go buy the book. You won’t regret it. Caroline’s tips and pointers were sooooo helpful and I’ve already applied so many of them into my business!

Overall, it was such a memorable day and worth the investment if you are ever thinking of attending one of hers in the future! I definitely recommend it and know that it’s been a benefit for my business in the long run. Thank you Caroline for being so open and sweet throughout the whole day!!
